At Supreme hospital, we provide medical care as well as preventive health services for children. Our pediatricians manages physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the children under their care at every stage of development, in both sickness and health.

Our Aim

Our paediatricians strive for several important objectives. First and foremost, our objective is to lower the rates of mortality among infants and children. This involves implementing strategies and interventions to enhance overall child health and well-being. Additionally, our paediatricians work towards controlling the spread of infectious diseases, emphasizing preventive measures such as vaccinations and health education to safeguard young individuals from common illnesses. On the whole, our Paediatric Hospital is dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by children and adolescents dealing with chronic conditions. This involves providing comprehensive care, support, and guidance to improve their quality of life. By addressing these issues, pediatric care seeks to holistically support children.

Our pediatric care is also concerned about immediate management of the ill child but also long term effects on quality of life, disability and survival. Supreme’s Pediatricians are involved with the prevention, early detection, and management of problems including:-

  • Injuries
  • Infections

Treatment

Once a diagnosis is made, gastroenterologists develop treatment plans tailored to the specific condition. Treatment options may include medications, lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, endoscopic procedures, and, in some cases, surgery.

How Does Paediatrics Differ From Adult Medicine?

As a leading Pediatric Hospital, our treatment for children is different from adult medicine in more ways than one. The smaller body of an infant or neonate or a child is substantially different physiologically from that of an adult. So treating children is not like treating a miniature adult.

Congenital defects, genetic variance, and developmental issues are of greater concern to pediatricians than physicians treating adults. In addition, there are several legal issues in paediatrics. Children are minors and, in most jurisdictions, cannot make decisions for themselves. The issues of guardianship, privacy, legal responsibility and informed consent should be considered in every pediatric procedure.
